1. You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
2. Select a .JPG or .GIF format image (100K or less) to upload.
3. Fill in the form below completely. We will not publish your name or Screen Name, we just need it for our files.
4. Be sure to include at least one interesting fact about the photo.
5. Photos should not contain nudity, obscene or objectionable content.
6. Copyrighted or licensed images should not be used.
7. Photos with URLs, e-mail addresses, etc. written on them are not allowed.

Consent and Release:  By submitting the photographs (including any photographs that contain your likeness) (the ''Content''), you hereby grant America Online, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries (including, without limitation, Netscape and AIM), assigns, licensees, and legal representatives (''AOL'') the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide right (but not the obligation) to use, reproduce, edit, market, store, distribute, have distributed, publicly and privately display, communicate, publicly and privately perform, transmit, have transmitted, create derivative works based upon, and promote the Content (as such may be edited and modified by AOL in its discretion) through the AOL services and such other products or services as AOL may designate in any medium now known or hereafter devised, for editorial, commercial, promotional and all other purposes. While you retain ownership of all right, title, and interest in the Content itself, you agree that AOL owns all right, title, and interest in any compilation, collective work or other derivative work created by AOL using or incorporating the Content. You represent and warrant that (i)  the Content does not and shall not infringe on any copyright or any other third party right nor violate any applicable law or regulation and (ii) you have the right to grant any and all necessary rights and licenses provided herein, including without limitation, sufficient permission of all identifiable persons shown in the Content to be able to grant to AOL the right to use the Content and all necessary copyright and other related rights to the Content, free and clear of all claims and encumbrances without violating the rights of any person or entity, including any right to privacy or publicity.
